New features on the Compassion app allow you to share photos, send letters and connect with your sponsored child faster than ever before — all at the click of a button!

At Compassion, we want you to feel closely connected to your sponsored child’s world — and be in the know about exciting updates and ways you can join the powerful work the Lord is doing in them and their community.

So we’ve made it easier than ever to stay involved with the Compassion family and connect with your sponsored child. The newest version of the Compassion mobile app is available for iPhone and Android, and it allows you to take your sponsorship on the go … wherever you go!

The new dashboard lets you view all your sponsorship info at a glance.

The app dashboard acts as the activity hub for all things sponsorship. It includes your letter writing stats and how many days are left until the birthday of the child you sponsor. It even includes what kind of gift-giving opportunities are available.

The writing tool makes it quick and easy to write letters.

You can write letters on the go with just a few taps of your finger. You can also attach a picture and upload it no matter where you are, allowing you to quickly share fun photos, artwork or special moments with your sponsored child as you experience them.

You can even view the time and weather in your sponsored child’s region.

Get a feel for what your child’s day is like with easy access to their time and weather. And you can check out how far they are from you with our new map.

Your prayers are a powerful way to care for the child you sponsor. But we also know that it can be difficult to stay consistent or know exactly what to pray for, especially when your child’s life is so different from your own.

The prayer section contains tips that will guide you in praying for your sponsored child based on their age, country and community. Having the app on your phone is also a great reminder to stay consistent in prayer for your sponsored child, even on busier days.
