Triplets' First Birthday

Born prematurely and into poverty in Burkina Faso (a country with one of the highest child mortality rates in the world), triplet brothers Manane, Madjid and Djamal had the odds stacked against them. But with Compassion’s church partner by their side, the boys have overcome sickness to reach this special milestone: their first birthday.

"I lack words to thank all who support and work for Survival," says their proud mom, Jasmina. "On behalf of the triplets and all the moms like me, we say many thanks."
