Week 23 - No More Cries of Hunger

Hanna was pregnant with her third child when her husband abandoned the family. Unable to find work, she began begging in the community. Returning home each day, she was heartbroken to hear her children’s cries of hunger. But then Hanna came across a church with a Compassion Survival Program. The staff immediately enrolled her, and she started receiving the critical assistance needed to provide for her children and give birth to a healthy baby boy. Now, she says, "I am very hopeful about the future."
