Week 48 - Compassion in Action

Honrato was devastated when his wife died giving birth to twins Marcos and Isaac. He says, "I was scared since I didn’t have enough to buy diapers, food and clothing. I cried out to the Lord to give me a solution." Not only did God answer his prayers through enrollment in the local church’s Compassion Survival Program, but he also provided a whole community of mothers to help Honrato care for the twins — mothers also enrolled with their babies in the Survival Program.
