Week 46 - Back on Track

When Elisha was 12, he was only 4 feet, 4 inches tall and weighed 46 pounds. Like many Compassion-assisted children in Rwanda, his growth was stunted by malnutrition. For children such as Elisha, Compassion Rwanda is dedicated to eliminating malnutrition and its damaging — sometimes permanent — effects. After an intensive program of nutritional support and training for his mother in preparing balanced meals, Elisha, now 13, is back on track toward healthy development!
