Vice President of Global Philanthropic Engagement
Zach Sparks has worked with Compassion International in leadership roles in Philanthropy and Marketing since 2014. Throughout his career, Zach has worked with a variety of NGOs, Christian ministries, and local churches. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Denver.
Prior to his tenure at Compassion, Zach worked as a fundraising and development consultant for five years, serving numerous organizations, including US-based non-profits, and several indigenous-led ministries in the Majority World.
Zach and his wife, Sarah, along with their three wonderful children—Eleanor, Ruthie, and Alden—attend a local church in Colorado Springs, CO. Previously, he served on the pastoral staff for a local congregation in Boulder, Colorado. In his spare time, Zach enjoys snowboarding, camping, playing basketball, and reading.
