Vice President of Supporter Operations
Danika was called by God at the age of 15 to serve children in poverty in the name of Jesus. She joined Compassion in 2004 and is a trusted voice across the organization in holistic thinking and building high performing teams.
Danika has served as the vice president of Supporter Operations since 2020, overseeing and leading a team of experts focused on supporter experiences, digital and print productions, global supply chain management and the operational effectiveness of marketing and fundraising. Her work over the years has included supporter engagement and digital and operational transformations creating scale, efficiency and effectiveness.
Prior to working at Compassion, Danika had 15 years of experience in marketing, sales and donor engagement across for-profit, higher education, and non-profit industries. She also co-founded a ministry in Dallas to invite unchurched, young adults to join in service to others while teaching them about Christ.
Danika has a master’s degree in philosophy from Denver Seminary and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Dallas Baptist University. She and her husband, Dennis, have one son, Dillon. In her spare time, Danika enjoys reading and spending time in the mountains with her family enjoying God’s creation.
