Vice President of Program Development
Chuck has served Compassion for more than 25 years. A leader with a diverse background in journalism, business, marketing and child development, Chuck is widely recognized across the ministry for his expertise in areas of program development strategy, design and implementation support, resource discovery and development and supporter communications.
He is credited for building strong partnerships among various branches of the organization while overseeing a team of skilled professionals who, along with him, passionately pursue a path of excellence and continued improvement of Compassion’s holistic child development model.
Chuck holds an MBA from the University of Rochester and bachelor’s degree in broadcasting and journalism from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri. Credentials aside, Chuck believes two of his greatest titles are husband and father.
He and his wife have been married for more than 25 years. They are parents to two adult children and a daughter-in-law. In their free time, he and his wife enjoy the Colorado outdoors, especially hiking and skiing.
