Disaster Final Report: Heavy Rains in Medellín-Urabá, Colombia - June 14, 2022
Heavy rains have stopped in Medellín, Colombia. In total, 111 participants and their families were affected. Child Development Centers (CDCs) provided impacted families with drinking water, hygiene kits, food kits, mattresses, and building materials to repair homes.

Disaster Alert: Heavy Rains in Medellín-Urabá, Colombia - May 2, 2022
On April 20, 2022, the city of Medellín, located in the Urabá region, was impacted by heavy rains. Homes have been damaged and household items lost. To date, 33 participants and their families have been affected. The Child Development Center (CDC) is providing basic relief items, water, and cleaning kits to impacted families. The Compassion Colombia National Office will continue to assess the situation and report updates as they become available.

Heavy rains continue in Medellín, Colombia. To date, 104 participants and their families have been affected. Child Development Centers (CDCs) are providing impacted families with drinking water, hygiene kits, food kits, mattresses, and building materials to repair homes. The Compassion Colombia National Office will continue to monitor and report any updates.
