What happens after I sponsor, and when will I receive details on how to access Annie’s Livestream?

What streaming platform will the concert be viewable on?

The concert will be hosted through Mandolin.com, a streaming event company. You will receive an email from Compassion International with a link to a registration page where you can register for your free ticket to view the concert. Once you complete your registration and create your Mandolin account, you will be able to watch the concert beginning at 7pm ET on February 3rd and as many times as you’d like through February 14th.

In that second email, you will receive a special link where you can register for your free ticket to Annie’s Livestream on February 25th. If you have not received this confirmation email from Compassion within 24 hours of confirming your child sponsorship, please send an email to info@compassionlive.com and we will get you sorted out.

Do I have to sponsor a child to be able to watch the livestream concert?

When will I receive my book?

I sponsored a child through the main Compassion.com page or I am already a sponsor. Can I get access to the concert?

I’ve attended a past livestream with Compassion LIVE, Annie F. Downs, or Sophie Hudson. Do I automatically get to access this livestream too?

If you’re having issues viewing the streaming content, please reach out to help@mandolin.com. If you have not received your registration link within 24 hours of completing your child sponsorship, please first check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Compassion International. If it is still not there, reach out to info@compassionlive.com and someone on our team will address your situation directly.
