Luis’s stomach hurt. He was tired and struggled to concentrate in school. He didn’t even have the energy to play. Luis’s mother knew their Compassion center in El Salvador was the best option to find help. There, Luis was diagnosed with anemia due to intestinal worms. He received all the treatment he needed to recover, including deworming tablets, vitamins and nutritional supplements. And thanks to the support of friends like you, the center was also able to run a deworming campaign to protect other registered children from similar parasites. “Today, I’m happy because I want to play.
