Meet an Urgent Need

In Ecuador, Elías woke up to a loud roar. Everything was dark, and suffocating smoke filled the room. A gas tank had exploded. Elías and his family escaped unharmed, but the kitchen they used for their business selling street food had been destroyed — along with their pots, pans and utensils. They’d lost their only way to earn income. But thanks to the support of generous friends like you, the local Compassion center where Elías is registered quickly built the family a new kitchen so they could continue to provide for their children. “I thank God and the church for helping my family,” Elías says.
