Disaster Relief Bundle

When Cyclone Seroja smashed through Kupang City in the Philippines, it left thousands homeless. Staff at the Oebufu Child Development Center took in 26 individuals, providing shelter in the storm, as well as food, clothes and water. Fifteen-year-old Dian and her family were among those who sought refuge at the center. Because of your gift of a Disaster Relief Bundle, she was safe and supported until the day Compassion helped her family build a new home.

“If not for the Disaster Relief Fund, I am sure we would be living in a temporary house made of scrap right now,” says Agustinus, Dian’s father.
