Q:
What happens after I sponsor, and when will I receive details on how to access the stream?

A:
After you successfully complete your child sponsorship, you will receive a confirmation email from Compassion letting you know your sponsorship was confirmed. You will ALSO receive a separate pre-event email with exact details on how to view the stream at least 24 hours ahead of the stream start time. This email will come from info@compassionlive.com, so please add this email address to your Safe Senders list.

Q:
What platform will the Livestream take place on?

A:
The Livestream will take place on Zoom. Only Jonathan will be enabled for video and audio, so you can enjoy from wherever you’d like. Please download the Zoom app on your computer, smartphone, or tablet before the stream takes place to ensure you can tune in. More details about downloading Zoom will be included in your pre-event email.

Q:
I sponsored a child by going to compassion.com, or I am already a sponsor. Can I tune in to the stream?

A:
To gain access to this stream with Jonathan, you must sponsor a child through this page only.  Current Sponsors are not eligible and must sponsor another child through this page to gain access.

Q:
Can I chat with Jonathan during the stream?

A:
There will be a text-based chat and Q&A Function enabled during the livestream. We will not enable any attendee’s video or audio.

Q:
Do I have to sponsor a child to be able to join this Livestream?

A:
You may also purchase a ticket for this live stream separate from a sponsorship here. If you do that, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with details on how to access the stream.

Q:
I’m attending another Fall Festival Livestream, do I get to access this one too?

A:
No, each livestream is its own event. You must sponsor a child or purchase a ticket through that individual event to gain access to it.
