Compassion Event Sponsorship

Compassion International is a Christian child development organization dedicated to releasing children from poverty. Our ministry to children is twofold: First, we work through local churches to provide child development programs to deliver children from economic, physical, social and spiritual poverty, enabling them to become responsible, fulfilled Christian adults. Second, we speak out for children in poverty through partnering, informing, motivating, and equipping others to become advocates for children, including sponsoring events.

Event Sponsorship is how organizations give support to an event by providing financial assistance, products, or services. Compassion sponsors events to help expand our reach to a greater audience of individuals who have the opportunity to join us in releasing children from poverty through child sponsorship. In order to receive Event Sponsorship, it is best to start with what you have to offer possible sponsors. Exposure, booth space, digital promotion, and stage time are just a few of the ways possible sponsors will find value in your event. Once you have Identified your demographic, and the value they bring to your sponsors, you are ready to start reaching out! Start small with local businesses, banks, restaurants, etc. and continue to grow as you get traction!
