Applications for all open positions are available on Compassion’s job board. Search for jobs using keywords, or browse through all of the open positions at once. Create a profile in our database and complete the application. You may update your profile at any time with new job experience or skills.

Yes. You can apply to multiple positions under the same profile. Once you have created a profile, you do not need to re-enter your profile information for other positions.

When you create your profile, you will be required to upload your resume. You will also be given the option to upload a cover letter, but we do not require one.

All applications are personally reviewed by our Talent Acquisition team. Certain positions may require additional assessments, which are completed online. Qualified candidates are then guided through the interview process: an online interview, a phone screening with a recruiter, and a video interview with the hiring manager. Depending on the position, finalists may be invited to participate in an onsite interview as well. Every applicant receives a response from Compassion, regardless of whether they are offered a position.

Compassion receives many applications every day, and we are committed to thoroughly evaluating each one. For that reason, response times vary, and in some cases you may not receive a response for several weeks. We appreciate your patience as we review your application.

Yes! We are a remote first workforce and as such, the majority of our positions are 100% remote. We do have a few roles that are required to be on-site at our Global Ministry Center in Colorado Springs, these roles will be clearly identified as on-site in the job posting. All roles also have the option of being hybrid, should candidates choose to reside in the greater Colorado Springs area.

Compassion is a para-church organization, which means we work alongside the local church and hire local workers to serve in their respective countries. We believe local church partners and citizens know best how to work in their own countries. For that reason, we do not hire U.S. employees to work abroad.
